As of March 21, 2025, Awalix, LLC has purchased all of the resources of TDX Power Services, LLC, a subsidiary Company of the TDX Corporation. This purchase included all construction equipment, office, shop and transfer of construction team(s). Awalix, LLC is a small business administration (SBA) certified 8(a) tribally owned Native American entity of the Aleut community of St. Paul Island Tribal Government.
